We had one short flight when first arrived and the rest has been glows and tethers. Obviously I would like to fly more, but we have to make the sponsors happy (they pay for all the tour). After the rest of the balloons get here we will be flying more (weather permitting)

From here we go to Los Andes.
Our English speaking guide, Rodrico
, is the tourist director for Los Andes where he lives, and he says we have a really nice room there.
His mother, Rosanna, is our driver of the van we all travel in.
The two of them take really good care of us Americans.
We are staying at the Hotel San Martin in Vina del Mar. It is the major sea port for Chile and big city by the ocean.
The hotel is on the beach but my window looks at the pizza place across the street. It is paid for so I am not complaining and I can walk the boardwalk looking at bikinis.
We are here for three days off until the Europeans get here.

Dan, Wendy and I will go exploring the city for a couple days.
Dan and Wendy go running in the morning.
I actually went for a long walk this morning along the beach and in town (48 minutes). I need to get seriously serious about losing some weight.
They are feeding us well and evenings at the bar are adding pounds
